The Mindful Motherhood Group Program is for Moms who are dedicated to making a positive shift in their life for themselves and their family. This virtual program will inspire you to make the necessary changes to find balance,
reduce stress,
build a community,
and release yourself from Mom Guilt.
This program includes 6 weeks of 1 on 1 Coaching and
Group Sessions.

Over the last few years, Erin has studied one-on-one
with her own experienced life coaches
and with her vast history of managing people & projects,
Erin finds incredible joy & fulfillment in coaching mothers,
entrepreneurs and individuals alike,
as they redefine their life and reach their highest potential.
When asked what she's the proudest of, it's being what she calls a "Double Parent" to her little boy, Declan. While Erin loves nothing more than being a mom, she also knows how overwhelming it can be to juggle parental responsibilities
while also maintaining a sense of self.
It is because of this, that Erin was inspired
to begin her Mindful Motherhood Group Program.
Offering sessions both in-person where she lives on the island of Kaua'i,
as well as powerful virtual sessions,
