Paw's Quiche Lorraine

1 8 oz. can crescent rolls

1 egg- beaten

1 Cup evaporated milk (or light cream)

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. worchestershire

1 Cup shredded Swiss cheese

9 slices cooked and crumbled bacon



Pre-heat oven to 325 F (165 C)

Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

Place into 9 in. pie pan pressing pieces together to form a crust.

Combine egg, milk, salt and worchershire.

Stir in cheese.

Pour mixture into crust.

Sprinkle with bacon.

Bake 25-30 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes. Cut wedges and serve.
