Creamy Cottage Cheese ColeSlaw

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until combined. In a large bowl, add the coleslaw mix and scallions.
  2. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
